Key Responsibilities
- Lead a
small engineering team - mentor, set expectations, and foster a
collaborative environment
- Drive
projects end-to-end - from initial assessment and design through final
delivery
- Coordinate
across departments - act as the technical link ensuring clarity and
alignment
- Troubleshoot
and repair complex systems - including mechanical, electrical, and
rotating equipment
- Develop
and review technical documentation - drawings, schematics, and supporting
materials
- Improve
processes and quality - continuously refine workflows and team
capabilities
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's
degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or related engineering
field
- 5+
years of engineering experience
- Background
in hands-on technical environments preferred
Technical Skills
- Hands-on
work with mechanical and electrical systems
- Proficiency
with CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, NX, or similar)
- Ability
to interpret drawings and schematics
- Practical
experience with maintenance and troubleshooting
Leadership Skills

success leading technical projects
