Job Summary
Global home goods manufacturer in the Bluegrass Region of Kentucky is seeking a highly motivated and experienced IndirectSourcing Manager. In this role, the Manager will play a key part in transitioning their indirect area from a decentralized to a centralized model. This individual will also be tasked with procurement and management of logistics services on a global scale, ensuring cost-effective and timely delivery of goods, alongside other indirect categories. Additionally, will lead and manage a team of three professionals across various indirect categories.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or relevant work experience.
- 5-7 years in Sourcing, Professional services and Logistics Procurement experience is a must to be considered
- Current/previous team management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Project, etc.).
- Strong skills in mathematics, business analysis, and presentations.
- Skilled in leading cross-functional teams.
